1. Booking & Contact
EnergyBright.ie does not use an online booking system. Customers can request a BER assessment by contacting us directly via phone or email. Once your request is received, we will assign a qualified assessor to carry out the assessment.
2. Payments
All payments are handled directly between you and EnergyBright. Prices will be confirmed in advance during your call or email inquiry. No third-party transactions or external booking fees apply.
3. Homeowner Responsibility
- Ensure that your home is accessible at the agreed date and time of the assessment.
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Failure to provide access may result in a call-out charge.
4. Certification & Delivery
After the assessment, your official BER certificate and advisory report will be sent to you via email. Delivery times may vary depending on the workload and verification process.
5. Disclaimer
EnergyBright.ie assigns certified and qualified BER assessors to conduct your assessment. While we ensure quality service, EnergyBright is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or technical issues. For any certificate-related queries, we can assist or direct you to the SEAI if needed.
